Fuliza  Mpesa is a service that allows Mpesa customers to complete their Mpesa transactions when they have insufficient funds in their Mpesa accounts.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions about Fuliza.

What are requirements to get Fuliza loan and how do you active it

You must be an MPESA registered customer with an active Safaricom line. Dial *234# and select Fuliza Mpesa to opt in.

How many accounts can I hold for Fuliza Mpesa services.

Every registered line with Mpesa will be treated as a different account. Every registered mobile number will  have its Fuliza Limit(the amount of money you can borrow).

The limit is reviewed after every 3 months.

How do I check my Fuliza MPESA account details.

Just dial *234# and then select Fuliza Mpesa to check your limit, balance, mini-statement and opt out option.

You will receive an sms with the outstanding Fuliza amount everytime you transact.

How many times can I use Fuliza Mpesa.

You can use it as many times as needed as long as you are within the allocated Fuliza Mpesa Limit.

You can Lipa Na Mpesa. Buy goods and Paybill as well as send money.

What do I do to increase my Fuliza Mpesa Loan Limit.

Continue using Safaricom and Mpesa Services more and repay your loan on time.

Are there penalties for late Loan repayment.

You will not access Fuliza Mpesa if you have any unpaid balance after 30 days.

However, this will be restored after full payment of your Fuliza balance.

Will my money be reversed if I send or pay to a wrong number/till and had used Fuliza MPESA?

MPESA reversal process applies as long as the recipient has not utilized the funds. You can also initiate reversal by sending the MPESA SMS to 456.

You should note that transaction charges will not be reversed.
