How to Acquire Immigration Special Pass in Kenya
Immigration special pass in Kenya is usually given to foreign business people or nationals who would want to do business or work in the country for a short period of time.

The duration of a special pass is normally three months and its not transferable or renewable.
Application of Immigration special pass is usually done online and the fee is Ksh. 15,000.

Requirements of Immigration Special Pass.
  1. Download Form 32 HERE and fill in the required details.
  2. Detailed cover letter which should be signed and directed to the Director of Immigration Services from the organization or applicant.
  3. Two colored passport size photos. Should be recent.
  4. Bio-data page of your passport.
  5. Current immigration status if still in Kenya.
  6. Copy of registration certificate from the company or organization.
  7. Academic and professional certificates. Should be certified.
  8. Copy of permit or passes held if you have any.
  9. If your permits are still being processed, then you should provide an official receipt or acknowledgment.
  10. Clearance letter from authorities.

How to Apply for Immigration Special Pass in Kenya.
  1. Create an account on the eFNS Portal
  2. Once you're done registering click on the login button.
  3. Click on the "Apply Now" link and then head to "Submit Applications. 
  4. Choose "Special Pass" and do the application.
  5. Once your done click the "Submit Application" Button. An invoice will be generated. You can see it by going to "Dashboard" then "Payments".
  6. Incase you are having difficulties trying to pay for the immigration special pass using the online mode of payment, then you can print your invoice and present it together with your Banker's cheque at the department of immigration at Nyayo House, ground floor.
