Safaricom on November 8th, 2018 officially launched their new home fibre that will allow consumers to access home fibre, mobile data, SMS and mobile voice all in one package. 

The service enables customers to have access to fast, reliable and unlimited internet from the comfort of their home or office. 

Payment for the Safaricom Home Fibre is usually done 30 days in advance or else they will suspend the service until you top up your account.

Below is a detailed procedure on how to pay for Safaricom Home Fibre using Mpesa.

1. Dial *855# on your phone
2. Key in your Safaricom Home Fibre service pin
3. Select "Existing Account"
4. Key in your "Account Number"
5. Confirm payment
